China Tourist Visa (L) for Non-U.S. Citizen

For Non-U.S. Citizen  visitors with a valid U.S. visa for minimum of 1 year or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US, may apply for Chinese visa, you are required to provide the notarized photocopy of your US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form valid for minimum of 6 months, valid U.S. Visa or other additional documents. We represent you.

• Actual passport, valid for at least 6 or more months, with two blank page for the Visa.

• Copy of the data page of your passport (Photo page).

• NOTARIZED Copy of your U.S. Green Card or valid U.S. visa (Work permit , F-1 student visa, H1-B visa) and a valid foreign passport is required as per China Embassy requirements.

• Completed 4 page Visa Application Form (V2013) Must be fully completed on computer and clearly printed out.

• One passport type photo stapled on the Application Form. NEW PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: Must have clear and bright white background, no smiling or showing teeth or Embassy will reject the documents. Picture Requirements

• Additional documents required: Round Trip Airline Itinerary Or Invitation Letter by individuals in China and  the photocopy of their Chinese ID.

• Order form: Completed Our Order Form  per person.

•  Copy of your Driver’s license ID which is within the jurisdiction of following states: Washington DC, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

• Payment: Make personal check, money order, cashier’s check payable to “Chinese Visa Express”. See fees table below.

    • $29.00 USPS / UPS or Fed EX may take 1 to 3 days (no signature required) If you want signature required upon delivery please notify us. It will cost $8.00
    • $41.00 USPS / UPS / Fed Ex (Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, USVI, Canada) USPS or UPS / Fed Ex may take 1 to 3 days.  
    • We have the right to direct and choose the shipping company based on operational  efficiency / and our routing.

bullet_red (2) Have you tried our Express or Rush Service yet?

Rush, Express or Urgent order: Preferred method is by Fed Ex / UPS , U.S Express mail, must be received by 10:30 A.M or will be processed next day.

Cancellation fee: If you change your mind on your travel plans and want your documents back while being processed, or any rejection by Embassy beyond our control, there is $30.00 cancellation fee.

Rejection fee: If you have not met the requirements and filled the wrong application, provide passport with no pages for visa to be paste in to, or any other reasons that China Visa Counselor rejects your application and needs to be resubmitted there is a $30 re-submission fee.
